Plan A
includes the following:
1) The
licensed use of the I*PMIS®
software program suite on the IStarPMIS, LLC shared system for a single (1)
project for $9.95 a month.
2) The number
of individuals allowed to sign on to I*PMIS®
is limited to 5 users.
3)
The IStarPMIS, LLC shared system plan allows access to I*PMIS®
24x7 minus some minor downtime
for routine maintenance.
4) Support
and Service. The first 3 help calls are free and complimentary subject
to a maximum of 4 hours of support. Email support questions and
your phone number to Support@IStarPMIS.com. Our business objective is to
respond within one business day 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. Additional
support calls and hours will be billed at a rate of $71.00 hour with a one
hour minimum for each call. If the issue is identified as a programming
failure or bug on the part of IStarPMIS, LLC you will not be charged either
the $71.00 hour or your free help calls. Note that almost all of the
screens contain a ? link to an online help screen and that slow response times
almost always have to do with the bandwidth that is provided by your internet
provider.
5) Plan
A, the single project shared service plan is a month to month license plan with a three month minimum used to cover
startup expenses. The month to month rate is $9.95. IStarPMIS,
LLC can have your master User ID set up within 3 business days after your your
order is submitted and approved. IStarPMIS, LLC will auto bill your
approved credit card monthly every month one month in advance.
IStarPMIS, LLC requires a 60 day written notice to terminate services for this
plan. An important benefit of this plan is the access to the
I*PMIS® training program for all
5 of the allowed users
defined to the system, including yourself. In order to keep costs
down you will be sharing the system with other users who have purchased the
same service. The I*PMIS® system does have the appropriate security to
insure your privacy. There are some limitations on your allowable access
as the webmaster at IStarPMIS, LLC will be retaining the adminstrative
authority on the website unlike the plans below where you are set up as the
administrator of your own exclusive website.

Plan B
includes the following:
1) The

project for $29.95 a month.
2) The number
of individuals allowed to sign on to I*PMIS®
is limited to 30 users.
3) Additional
blocks of 30 users or additional projects are priced at an additional $29.95 a
month.
4)
The IStarPMIS, LLC shared system plan allows access to I*PMIS®
24x7 minus some minor downtime
for routine maintenance.

|
Plan C
includes the following:
1) The
licensed use of the I*PMIS®
software program suite at $249.00 a month.
2) A hosted
URL name and website for your exclusive use. The name is obviously as available.
3) A SSL,
secure socket layer, certificate for SSL internet encryption.
4) The number
of individuals allowed to sign on to I*PMIS®
is unlimited by the license and is only limited by the number of
personal computing devices and internet bandwidth that you have purchased and
trained personnel that you have. There is no
IStarPMIS, LLC license limitation on the number of personnel allowed to sign
on to I*PMIS®
or on the number of projects and portfolios that you define and have
active. There are some upper limit system limitations on the number of
individuals, projects and portfolios defined but these limitations are in the
thousands.
5) The basic
internet hosting plan offered by the vendor IStarPMIS, LLC selects and
manages. For
normal usage there should be no usage
charges. However, in the event where massive amounts of data are stored on
I*PMIS®
or
unusually large numbers of users access
I*PMIS® IStarPMIS, LLC reserves the right
to add surcharges to the license agreement.
Currently 100 GB of storage are
included in the basic plan with unlimited monthly traffic and a nominal
surcharge of $9.95 per annum per 1 GB of additional storage. Additionally,
the upper limit of traffic and data is essentially
unknown. At some
point the traffic load and data stored on a single instance of I*PMIS®
may exceed your acceptable response time
limits. Some archive
capability exists to alleviate this problem but the solution may be to have
multiple instances of I*PMIS®
which would require additional license agreements or additional programming
for your specific site requirements.

immediately to insure the validity of your funds but your month to month usage
will only start when you are notified that your site is available.
IStarPMIS, LLC will auto bill your approved credit card the 1st of every month
one month in advance. IStarPMIS, LLC requires a 60 day written notice to
terminate services.

Plan D, an
annual plan, includes the following:
1) Plan D
includes all of the features of Plan C but offers a reduced pricing plan for
an annual year to year license.
2)
The year to year rate is $2,688.00 per year, an annual savings of $300.00 with a one year
minimum.
3) IStarPMIS,
LLC will auto bill your approved credit card 60 days prior to the end of your
annual license agreement.
4) IStarPMIS,
LLC requires a 60 day written notice to terminate services.

Plan E, a
month to month plan, includes the following:
1) Plan E
includes all of the features that Plan C includes plus the consultant's back
office billing, accounts receivable and simple payroll.
2)
The month to month rate is $299.00.
3) You will be charged
$299.00 immediately to insure the validity of
your funds but your month to month usage will only start when you are notified
that your site is available. IStarPMIS, LLC will auto bill your approved
credit card the 1st of every month one month in advance.
4) IStarPMIS,
LLC requires a 60 day written notice to terminate services.

Plan F, an

a year to year license.

Plan G
includes the following:
1) Plan G
is the 49 year licensed source code only plan for the I*PMIS® product
excluding the consultant's back office.
2)
The 49 year license source code non-refundable rate is a one time charge
of $19,880.00,
a total savings of between $10,000.00 and $7,000.00 when compared
to Plan C and Plan D for 10 years.
3) The
IStarPMIS, LLC goal is to ship within 1 to 2 weeks after you submit your
order.
4) You are
allowed to customize the I*PMIS®
software for your site.
5) You are
allowed to load the software on either your in house host machine for use on
an intranet or a host providers machine for use on an internet.
6) This
license is for one website/machine only.
7) At the end
of the 49 years you will be given the option to renew your license for an
additional 49 years at the same price.

Plan I
includes the following:
1) Plan I
includes a 1 year subscription to the I*PMIS® training and certification program for
$29.95.
You will be assigned a User ID and password that will allow you to sign on to
the training system that is part of the www.IStarPMIS.com
website. There are a series of 6 online PowerPoint presentations and 6 tests
that will allow you to become fully educated and certified in the I*PMIS®
system. You may review the presentations and take the tests
as many times as you need to until you reach the certification passing
score. The estimated time effort is 8 +- 2 hours depending upon
your level of commitment. If you have ordered using any of the
Plans A through H above you do not need to order Plan I as it is all
included. You may use this option to review the product in it's entirety
before purchasing. You may also want to take the course for some
inexpensive PDU hours to meet your continuing education requirements.
