      PMP® Certification by the Project Management Institute is a big plus.
      A Bachelors Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is a big plus.
      Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Project® or certification is a big plus. 
      Demonstrable experience with Agile/Scrum, or certification is a big plus. 
      Demonstrable experience with Waterfall Methodolgies or certification is a big plus. 
      Must be willing to become certified in I*PMIS®, IStarPMIS, LLC's Project Management Information System.
      The certifcation fees will be waived.  Actually completing the I*PMIS® process is a bigger plus.
      Must be willing to use I*PMIS® in the management of your projects.
      Must be willing to relocate or travel for the duration of the project if the project requires it.
      Must be willing to work remotely in a Home Office if the project requires it.
      Must be a U.S. Citizen and show proof upon hire, sorry no H1-B sponsorships at this time.
      Must be willing to market yourself as an IStarPMIS, LLC Project Manager Affiliate.
      Must be willing to work W-2 to the project's sponsoring company or bill through IStarPMIS, LLC at an agreed upon rate.
      Must be willing to submit to a background check.
      Must be willing to submit to and pass a pre employment drug test at your expense.
      Must be willing to complete the IStarPMIS, LLC applicaton form, you can complete this after certification. 
      Must be willing to complete and to interview screening by IStarPMIS, LLC via Skype.
      Must have your own PC and Skype capability.
      Must be willing to accept IStarPMIS, LLC management guidance and policies in marketing as an affiliate Project Manager.     
      Must be willing to accept IStarPMIS, LLC management guidance and policies if billing through IStarPMIS, LLC.

      Must be willing to accept that there is no salary, wage or employment from IStarPMIS, LLC unless you or IStarPMIS, LLC
      has won a project and client relationship, you are actively working on the project, the client is actively paying the billings
      and you are billing through IStarPMIS, LLC and we have agreed to an Affiliate Project Manager agreement.
 
      This is essentially a FREE offer to assist you in marketing yourself by becoming certified in I*PMIS® (FREE of charge to you),
      by having a formal affiliation with IStarPMIS, LLC, a Project Management Consulting Company, who will provide you with
      some limited marketing assistance, and most importantly, access to a World Wide Web enabled Enterprise Project Management
      Information System.   IStarPMIS, LLC does not charge for the use of I*PMIS® for projects managed by IStarPMIS, LLC.
      By definition, if you are billing through IStarPMIS, LLC then the project is being managed by IStarPMIS, LLC.  A final benefit
      of becoming an affiliate Project Manager of IStarPMIS, LLC is that you will receive a 50% discount on all marketed
      products that you use for yourself, even if you do not bill through IStarPMIS, LLC and you are eligable for a sales commission
      on all IStarPMIS, LLC products that you might sell to your clients.
