| Plan C
includes the following:
1) The
licensed use of the I*PMIS®
software program suite at $2,249.00 a month.
2) A hosted
URL name and website for your exclusive use. The name is obviously as available.
3) A SSL,
secure socket layer, certificate for SSL internet encryption.
4) The number
of individuals allowed to sign on to I*PMIS®
is unlimited by the license and is only limited by the number of
personal computing devices and internet bandwidth that you have purchased and
trained personnel that you have. There is no
IStarPMIS, LLC license limitation on the number of personnel allowed to sign
on to I*PMIS®
or on the number of projects and portfolios that you define and have
active. There are some upper limit system limitations on the number of
individuals, projects and portfolios defined but these limitations are in the
thousands.
5) The basic
internet hosting plan offered by the vendor IStarPMIS, LLC selects and
manages. For
normal usage there should be no usage
charges. However, in the event where massive amounts of data are stored on
I*PMIS®
or
unusually large numbers of users access I*PMIS®,
IStarPMIS, LLC reserves the right
to add surcharges to the license agreement.
Currently 100 GB of storage are
included in the basic plan with unlimited monthly traffic and a nominal
surcharge of $9.95 per annum per 1 GB of additional storage. Additionally,
the upper limit of traffic and data is essentially
unknown. At some
point the traffic load and data stored on a single instance of I*PMIS®
may exceed your acceptable response time
limits. Some archive
capability exists to alleviate this problem but the solution may be to have
multiple instances of I*PMIS®
which would require additional license agreements or additional programming
for your specific site requirements.
6)
The basic internet hosting plan allows access to I*PMIS®
24x7 minus some minor downtime
for routine maintenance.
7) Support
and Service. The first 3 help calls are free and complimentary subject
to a maximum of 4 hours of support. Email support questions and
your phone number to Support@IStarPMIS.com. Our business objective is to
respond within one business day 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. Additional
support calls and hours will be billed at a rate of $71.00 hour with a one
hour minimum for each call. If the issue is identified as a programming
failure or bug on the part of IStarPMIS, LLC you will not be charged either
the $71.00 hour or your free help calls. Note that almost all of the
screens contain a ? link to an online help screen and that slow response times
almost always have to do with the bandwidth that is provided by your internet
provider.
8) Plan
C is the month to month license Plan with a three month minimum used to cover
startup expenses. The month to month rate is $2,249.00. IStarPMIS,
LLC can generally have the URL and website up an running for your use within 2
to 4 weeks after you submit your order. You will be charged $2,249.00
immediately to insure the validity of your funds but your month to month usage
will only start when you are notified that your site is available.
IStarPMIS, LLC will auto bill your approved credit card the 1st of every month
one month in advance. IStarPMIS, LLC requires a 60 day written notice to
terminate services.
